Auction Bidding

We bid and win at dealer-only Japanese auto auctions on your behalf — from defining criteria and reading grades to capping bids, then inland transport, transfer, and export.

Flow

Service Flow

Six clear steps from criteria to delivery and export.

STEP 01

Define purchase criteria

Model, year, budget, mileage, repair history tolerance, color, transmission, and more — turned into clear win/lose rules. Remote and overseas clients can work via photos, messages, and calls.

STEP 02

Venue selection & market check

Across USS, JAA, CAA, TAA, and other major dealer auctions, we align recent market results and supply to show which venues to pursue and which conditions to drop.

STEP 03

Search listings & propose vehicles

We filter matching lots, build comparison tables with grades, interior/exterior scores, photos, mileage, and history, plus suggested bid caps.

STEP 04

Confirm cap & bid for you

Caps, priorities, and same-day multi-lot strategy are locked in advance. We bid within cap on the day and report wins and passes quickly.

STEP 05

Post-win settlement & pickup

We itemize hammer price, auction fees, and inland transport and coordinate yard release timing and storage.

STEP 06

Transport, transfer, export & handover

Domestic transport, title transfer, export paperwork, and shipping in one flow. Prep and cosmetic work can continue with the same team.

About

What is a dealer auction?

Most Japanese car auctions are trade-only markets for licensed dealers. Lots include organizer grades and inspection sheets; bidding relies on photos, mileage, and history. Private buyers usually cannot enter, so member dealers like us bid on your behalf and handle pickup, transfer, and export after the win.

Cap discipline

Merit

Why bid through us

Trade-market pricing

No retail margin in dealer auctions — strong lots can beat showroom pricing. We separate “buy” from “pass” with transaction data.

Read grades & sheets

We interpret organizer grades and inspection sheets and explain damage, repairs, and mechanical flags photos may miss.

Remote & overseas friendly

Proposals, bidding, and updates online when you cannot attend — we work across time zones.

Transparent totals

Beyond our fee, auction, inland, transfer, and export costs are estimated upfront to limit surprises after the win.

Multi-venue, multi-lot

Same-day multiple venues or duplicate models — we allocate priority and budget caps in advance.

Prep & export together

Post-win inspection, hail repair, detailing, and export handled by one team so purchase and follow-through stay connected.

Grade

How to read grades

Wording varies by house, but overall and interior/exterior scores or marks describe condition. Agree on a minimum acceptable grade before bidding day for faster decisions.

S

S / ~6 points

Near-new condition. Limited supply; pricing tends to run high.

5

~5 / 4.5 points

No major repairs, good condition — a common target band for sports-car bidding.

4

~4 / 3.5 points

Drivable with light scratches or age. Balance price with planned refurbishment.

R

R / RA etc.

Repair history. Confirm scope and quality against budget and intended use.

FAQ

FAQ

Can individuals use this service?
Yes. Dealer auctions are normally members-only, so private, remote, and overseas clients typically use a bidding agent.
Is the grade enough on its own?
Grades matter, but inspection notes, photos, mileage, history, and market context matter too. We can arrange on-site viewing when needed.
Do I pay if we do not win?
We agree upfront on pass fees (intel only vs. live bidding) to avoid unnecessary charges and can propose other lots.
Can you handle export after we win?
Yes — inland transport, prep/detailing, export paperwork, and shipping. Share your destination early.
Notes

Important notes

  • Auction information reflects the listing at offer time; additional issues may appear after the win.
  • You may be outbid even within cap. We can suggest alternative lots.
  • FX, ocean freight, and auction fees change — use the latest quote each time.
  • We may decline bidding on suspected illegal modifications or incomplete paperwork.
